FFTH hosts showcase at Int'l Folk Alliance conference in KC, Feb 22-24
Folk from the Heartland returns Apr. 1 as twice-monthly video podcast!
Jeff Cannon's longtime weekly folk music radio show "Folk from the Heartland," which debuted more than 20 years ago on WIOX-Bloomington, returns in 2024 as a twice-monthly video podcast. The show can be heard online at folkfromtheheartland.com, and streaming over a number of services. FFTH will feature the best of contemporary folk and bluegrass, as well as a different live performing guest from the national folk music scene on each show, as well as new release reviews and musical selections both old and new.
S24, Episode 01 airs here beginning April 1, to feature guests The Hammer and the Hatchet
